Barry Sine, CFA, CMT is the Managing Director of Equity Research at Drexel Hamilton LLC, a service-disabled veteran owned and operated investment bank headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He has previously held senior positions with Prudential, UBS and Oppenheimer. He is presently a member of the Board of Advisors for the Florida International University Student Managed Investment Fund.
He also served as a board officer of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Market Technicians Association as well as the New York region representative for the CFA Institute President’s council. He is the co-author of the technical analysis section of the CFA exam readings and founded and was the first director of the CMT Institute which trained candidates for the CMT exam. Mr. Sine has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and the Chartered Market Technician (CMT) designations. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the New York University – Stern School of Business.
He also holds the FINRA series 7, 16, 24, 63, 86 and 87 licenses.
